The cemetery is located at 381-359 NB Route 560. Jacksonville is located 4.27 km WNW of Upper Woodstock: Wakefield Parish, Carleton County: John Jackson and William Jackson settled here about 1810: PO 1859-1916: in 1866 Jacksonville was a farming settlement with approximately 90 resident families: in 1871 the community and surrounding district had a population of 300: in 1898 Jacksonsville had 1 post office, 1 cheese factory, 1 church and a population of 150.
