Notes - Hill Kearney was the son of George W. Kearney and his wife Temperance Elizabeth Giberson. The 1911 Canadian Census mistakenly listed Hill as Hilda and as a girl, but other records list him as a male. Several records like the WWI Draft Registration and border crossing records show that he would cross the border between New Brunswick and Maine where he was employed at Mars Hill, Aroostook, Maine.
Hill died from typhoid fever in Woodstock at the Carleton County Hospital, but his residence is listed as Bath on his death certificate.
He was buried in Bath, Carleton, New Brunswick, Canada 20 April 1924 in the Barker Cemetery.
