George "Junior" Bernard Wasson, of Windsor, passed away on Wednesday, March 29, 2023, at the Central Carleton Nursing Home in Hartland. He was born March 21, 1938 and was the son of the late George and Marie Wasson. Besides his parents, he was predeceased by his first wife, Joeline (Paget) Wasson; son and daughter-in-law, Dalton and Norma Wasson; son-in-law Raymond St. Germain; siblings, Hazel (Kenneth) Orser, Philip Wasson, Chester Wasson, Mary (Jim) Hay, Neil Wasson; stepson-in-law David Chase; brother-in-law, Bruce Ball.
Junior is survived by his wife, Glenna (Parsons) Henderson Wasson of Hartland; children, Allan (Patricia) Paget of Coldstream, Stephen (Audrey) Wasson of Hartland, Karen (Dalton) Greer of East Coldstream, Altenna (Danny) Chedore of Rusagonis, Brenda St Germain of Fredericton; step children, Connie Chase of Armond, Doug Henderson of Hartland; grandchildren, Erica (Brian) Thomas, Ashley (Shawn) Lamont, Patricia (Jamie) Lockard, Bridgette (Michael) Greer-McEwing, Anthony (Nicole) Greer, Andrew (Kalie) Greer, Blake Chedore, Katie Chedore; step grandchildren, Shane Chase, Heather (Donnie Turner) Chase, Jason (Shelley Rousselle) Chase; great grandchlildren, Matthew Lamont, Mila Lamont, Maxwell Lamont, MacKenzie (Garrett) Lockard, Cameron Lockard, Caity McEwing, Greyson McEwing, Lilyanne McEwing, Harlow Greer, Hudson Greer, Adrianna Greer, Amelia Greer, Kyra Chedore, Logan Chedore; step great grandchildren, Haley Chase, Cohen Chase, Lyric Craig; sister, Bernice Ball; sister-in-law, Suzanne Wasson; several nieces and nephews.
A public visitation will be held at the Britton Funeral Home, 2 High Street, Hartland, on Wednesday, April 19th, 2023 from 12:30 to 2:30 p.m. followed by the funeral service at 3:00 p.m. with Pastor Peter Culberson officiating.
