    FORT FAIRFIELD

    · Fort Fairfield - Ronald K. Parady, Sr., 64, passed away Tuesday afternoon, May 14, 2013 at a Presque Isle healthcare facility, after a brief illness. He was born February 22, 1949 in Fort Fairfield, the son of Percy L. and June (Dougherty) Parady. Ronald attended local schools and was a member of the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witness, Presque Isle for a number of years. Mr. Parady worked at T.E.S.C.O. for several years before starting his own company, New Image Cleaning Service. In addition to his parents, Mr. Parady was predeceased by one brother, Percy L. Parady Jr.. He is survived by two sons, Ronald “Keith” Parady Jr., Joshua Parady, both of Fort Fairfield; one daughter, Jamie Lynn Goodine of Mars Hill; seven brothers and sisters-in-law, Lester Parady, Richard and Paula Parady, all of Fort Fairfield, David and Diane Parady of Naugatuck, CT, Carroll and Rosa Parady, Gerald Parady Sr. and his companion Linda Vanderwendt, James Parady, Delbert Parady, all of Fort Fairfield; three sisters and brothers-in-law, Patricia and Joe Kennedy of Kittery, Joyce and Carl Thibodeau of Somersworth, NH, Carlene Linder of Mahanoy City, PA; five grandchildren, Cassie, Mike and Seth Parady, all of Fort Fairfield, Colby and Hunter Goodine, both of Grand Manan, New Brunswick; numerous nieces and nephews. A private graveside service was conducted at Riverside Cemetery, Fort Fairfield. Those who wish may contribute in memory of Mr. Parady to the American Heart Association, 51 US Route 1, Scarborough, Maine 04074.
