The death of Eldon James Lewis of Juniper occurred on Tuesday, June 22, 2021 at the River View Manor, Bath. Eldon was born May 2, 1936 in Juniper and was the son of the late James "Jim" and Mae (Rideout) Lewis. He was also predeceased by his loving wife of 49 years, Diane; 2 grandsons, Nicholas and Jeremy; 7 siblings, Kathleen, Meriam, Inez, Dorothy, Judith, Kenney and Billy. Eldon was the last surviving member of his immediate family.

Eldon is survived by his 2 children Bethanne and Jerry (Stephanie); 4 grandchildren, Brandi (Craig), Rachael (Ben), Trevor and Travis; 3 great grandchildren, Rylan, Vincent and Declan; 1 sister, Fern as well as several nieces, nephews and extended family.

A funeral service will be held on Saturday, September 4, 2021 at 11:00 am from the Juniper United Pentecostal Church, Rev. Everett Munn will officiate. The interment will be in the Biggar Ridge Cemetery. For those who wish donations made to the Biggar Ridge or to a charity of the donor's choice would be appreciated.

The death of Dorothy Luetta Broad of Hampton formerly of Bath occurred on Monday, June 18, 2018 at the Saint John Regional Hospital. Born June 11, 1928 in Juniper she was the daughter of the late James and Mae (Rideout) Lewis. She was also predeceased by her beloved husband, Howard; 5 siblings, Billy, Kathleen, Kenny, Inez and Meriam.

Dorothy is survived by her 4 children James Broad (Theresa), Cheryl Allward (Karl), Kendall Broad (Cathy Bradstreet) and Lesa Broad (Paul Bishop); 8 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren; 2 siblings, Fern Rideout and Eldon Lewis as well as several nieces, nephews and extended family.

Visitation will be held from Holmesville Free Will Baptist Church on Saturday, June 23, 2018 from 11:00-1:00 pm. A funeral service will be held at 1:00 pm from the church. Rev. Toben Steeves will officiate. The interment will be in the Wharton Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations made to the Wharton Cemetery would be appreciated.

The death of Fern Marie Rideout of Woodstock occurred on Friday, March 17, 2023 at the Upper River Valley Hospital, Waterville. Fern was born December 13, 1925 and was the daughter of the late May Lewis. She was also predeceased by her only son, Stephen; siblings, Inez Lennon (Bernard), Mariam Chapman (Elmer), Eldon Lewis (Diane), Kenny Lewis, Cora Wallace (Charles), Mildred Rideout, Weldon Rideout (Edna), Arthur Rideout (Hazel), Dorothy Broad (Howard) Lois Markey (Joe); Lester Wallace and Bob Saunders.
Fern is survived by her sister in law, Valerie Budrow (Wavel); extended family, Joyce Wallace and Alta Saunders, as well as many nieces, and nephews and great nieces, and great nephews.
Visitation will be held from the Juniper United Pentecostal Church on Wednesday, March 22, 2023 from 11:00 - 12:30 pm A funeral service will follow at 1:00 pm. The interment will be in the Forest Hill Cemetery, Esdraelon at a later date. For those who wish, donations made to the Canadian Cancer Society or the New Brunswick Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated. L.R. The death of Stephen Ross Rideout of Juniper occurred on Thursday, December 2, 2010 at his residence. Born October 4, 1959 in Woodstock, NB he was the son of Fern Rideout and husband of the late Susan (Fields) Rideout.
Stevie is survived by his mother, Fern, 4 step brothers and sisters, Russ Waugh of Winnipeg, MB, Erville Lennon of Dawson Creek, BC, Sheila Giberson of Olympia, WA, Judy Lutes of Juniper, NB and many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
He was predeceased by his step parents, Bernard and Inez Lennon and step brother, Eldon Lennon.
A celebration of Stevie’s life will be held on Tuesday, December 7, 2010 at 2:00 pm from the Juniper United Pentecostal Church. Erville Lennon will officiate. Donations made to the Biggar Ridge Cemetery, Juniper Fire Department, Alcoholics Anonymous or The Gideon’s would be appreciated.
