    The death of Samuel “Sam” Oliver Cullins formerly of Glassville occurred on Sunday, September 16, 2012 at Scott’s Special Care Home, Upper Woodstock. Born November 20, 1918 in Oakland he was the son of the late Elmer and Mamie Cullins. He was also predeceased by his wife Glenna (nee McCorquindale), 2 children, Fred and Leah, son in law, Donald Brown.

    Sam is survived by his 4 children, Joan Brown, Carl Cullins (Lilly), Patricia Hitchcock (Jerry) and Raymond Cullins (Dianne); 1 daughter in law, Joanne Cullins; 14 grandchildren, Barb Corey (Devene), Daniel Brown (Cindy), David Brown (Kim), Christina Cox (David), Carl J. Cullins (Kimberly), Leah Rodriguez (John Paul), Josh Cullins (Annette), Benjiman Hitchcock, Christian and Colten Cullins, Douglas Cullins (Kristen), Sean Cullins, Jimmy Cullins and Jenny Cullins; 13 great grandchildren, Lyleah, Micah, Isaiah, Jeremiah, Abigale, Noami, Josiah, Sarah, Rachel (Sam Heslton), MacKenzie, Lesley, Samanatha and Aaron; 1 great great grandson, Mason; 1 brother, Richard Cullins (Cheryl).

    Visitation will be held from L.R. Giberson Funeral Directors, 207 Burnham Rd. Florenceville-Bristol on Wednesday, September 19, 2012 from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. A funeral service will be held Thursday, September 20, 2012 at 2:30 pm from the L.R. Giberson Funeral Chapel. Rev. Carroll Carter will officiate. Interment will be in the Hunter Cemetery.     FOREST GROVE, Ore. - Frederick Cullins, 60, died Sunday, May 11, 2008, at his home of cancer. Fred was born June 16, 1947, in Riverbank, New Brunswick, the son of Sam Cullins and Glenna (McCorquindale) Cullins. As a young boy, he moved with his family to Glassville, New Brunswick. Fred attended the Saint John Institute of Technology, he later received an associate degree in law and security administration at Sir Sanford Fleming College in Peterborough and then attended Ontario Police College, where he studied law enforcement techniques. He was trained in hostage negotiations at the Canadian Police College. He was united in marriage to Joanna Brewster, March 14, 1989, in Woodstock, New Brunswick. They made their home in Brewer until 2002, when they moved to Forest Grove, Ore. Fred began his working career with INCO, Sudbury, Ontario, as a scoop tram operator. After his police training, Fred went to work as a constable for Toronto Police Force until 1979, when he began working for Pembroke Police Force, where he worked for 10 years. In 1990 Fred went to work as a service man for Fleetwood Homes, Pennsylvania, repairing homes through the northeastern states. Fred later worked for Irving Oil, Brewer, as a propane truck driver. After moving to Forest Grove, Ore., Fred worked as a truck driver for Stewart-Stiles, Auto Truck Transport and was currently working for R.M.I., Portland, as a test driver. He was predeceased by his mother, Glenna; and a sister, Leah. Fred is survived by his wife, Joanna Cullins of Forest Grove, Ore.; three sons, Douglas Cullins, currently serving in the U.S. Marine Corps, San Diego, James Cullins and Sean Cullins of Forest Grove, Ore.; a daughter, Jennifer Cullins of Forest Grove, Ore.; his father, Sam Cullins of Bristol; two brothers, Carl Cullins and his wife, Lily, of Glassville, New Brunswick and Raymond Cullins and his wife, Diane, of Glassville, New Brunswick; two sisters, Joan Brown of Bristol and Patricia Hitchcock and her husband, Jerry, of Bath; numerous nieces and nephews. Eunice was born April 17, 1943 in Stickney and was the daughter of the late James and Madeline (Cullins) Foster. She was also predeceased by an infant son, Bobby Lee Cullins and 1 brother Wesley Foster.
    Eunice is survived by her loving husband of 62 years, Henry; 2 sons, Wayne Foster (Flora) of Chetwyn BC, and Sidney Cullins (Sherril) of Oakland, NB; 3 daughters Tammy Harding (Jeff) of Woodlands, NB, Sylvia Bryant (Bill McCullough) of Fielding, NB and Samantha Ginson (Ronald) of Lindsay, NB; 12 grandchildren; 21 great grandchildren; 1 brother and 5 sisters as well as several nieces, nephews, and extended family.
    Visitation will be held from L.R. Giberson Funeral Directors, 207 Burnham Rd. Florenceville-Bristol on Wednesday, August 30, 2023 from 12-2 pm. A funeral service will follow at 2:30 pm. Rev.
