  Obituary: Brownville Junction – Una Victoria Blue, 82, wife of the late M. Malcolm Blue, passed away January 13, 2023, at Northern Light Mayo Hospital, Dover-Foxcroft. She was born November 14, 1940, in Fredericton, New Brunswick, Canada, the daughter of Leon Sylvester and Phyllis (Stevens) DeMerchant. Una worked as a clerk for the United States Postal Service for many years. She was a proud member of the Order of the Eastern Star, the American Legion Auxiliary, and Brownville Junction United Methodist Church. Una is survived by her son, Malcolm and his wife, Kelly; brother, Fred DeMerchant and his wife, Donna, and their sons; and sister-in-law, Audrey Darke. A graveside funeral service will be held at the family lot in the Pine Tree Cemetery, Brownville Junction, in the spring. Memorial contributions may be made to the Dyer Hope House, P.O.
