  Obituary: William Albert BELL 1929 - 2014 BELL, William Albert Peacefully, with loved ones by his side, at the Hamilton General Hospital on Wednesday, February 5, 2014 in his 85th year, William Albert Bell, beloved husband and friend of Marion for 57 years. A proud and loving father of Cheryl (Chris) Allaby and David (Marianne), and beloved Grampy to Connor, Cailyn, Cherith and Carson Allaby, Victoria and Owen Bell. Also missed by many family and friends in Ontario, New Brunswick and Alberta. He was predeceased by brothers Harold and Leslie, four step-sisters, and is survived by sister Geraldine. Having enjoyed a full and generous life, he will be fondly remembered by his family and friends for his wisdom, humour, and ability to clearly say what was on his mind. He never forgot his roots in rural New Brunswick and embraced every opportunity to celebrate family and relatives. William's family would like to extend their heartfelt appreciation to the doctors, nurses and staff at H.G.H. on 4 West, 5 South, and ICU West for their outstanding care and compassion. We would also like to acknowledge Dr. Scallan and Dr. Montgomery for their care over the last few years. Friends will be received at BALLARD MINOR FUNERAL HOME, 315 Broad St. E., Dunnville on Friday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Willie was a member of South Cayuga Baptist Church, 3475 Haldimand Road 20, where the Celebration of His Life Service will take place on Saturday, February 8, 2014 at 1 p.m. Burial at South Cayuga Baptist Cemetery will precede the church service.
