  Obituary Donna C. Hemphill 1941-2012 The death of Donna Carol Hemphill of Woodstock occurred on Tuesday, February 7, 2012 at her home. Born August 30, 1941 she was the daughter of the late Roy and Pauline (Derrah) Hemphill, she was also predeceased by her sister, Barbara and 1 nephew, Wayne Dickinson. Donna graduated from the Victoria Public Hospital Training School for Nurses in 1962. Nursing for over 32 years at Northern Carleton Hospital Bath, Donna retired in 1994. She was a member of the Knowlesville Women's Institute, the Andrew and Laura McCain Library Board of Directors, the Florenceville-Bristol Beautification Committee,a member of the Red Hat Society and very active in the Nurse's Union serving in different divisions. Donna is survived by her 2 brothers, Edmond Hemphill (Joan) and David Hemphill (Nancy); 1 brother in law, Stuart Iste; 8 nieces and nephews, Margaret Dickinson, Edward Hemphill (Heather), Elizabeth Melanson (Clifford Jones), Victoria Bubar (Kevin), Drew Hemphill (Tracy), Barry Hemphill (Kristen), Vance Hemphill and Levi Hemphill and many great nieces and great nephews. Visitation will be held from L.R. Giberson Funeral Directors, 207 Burnham Rd. Florenceville-Bristol on Friday, February 10, 2012 from 6-9 pm. A funeral service will be held Saturday, February 11, 2012 at 11:00 am from the Knowlesville Baptist Church. Pastor Murray Whitehouse will officiate. Interment will be at a later date.
