    • Obituary:

      CURRIE, HAZEL IRENE - Of Woodstock passed away at Carleton Memorial Hospital in Woodstock on Wednesday, May 14, 2003, at the age of 85. Hazel is survived by two sons, Gordon E. (Elizabeth) Currie of Orono, ON; H. Keith (Eunice) Currie of Shellbrook, Sask; two grandchildren, Darren and Randle Currie; several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband, Ralph Currie, her parents, Thomas and Eldee McBride; two brothers, Charles McBride; Howard McBride and one sister Madeline Lockhart. Resting at The Scott Funeral Home, 815 Main Street, Woodstock, NB, with visiting on Friday from 2-4pm and 7-9pm. Funeral service will be held on Saturday at 3:00 pm from Scott Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. Beverly Brazier will be officiating, with interment in the United Church Cemetery, McKenzie Corner. If desired donations may be made to Women's Institute Home or the McKenzie Corner Cemetery.
