Arnold R. Wortman
1948-2024
The death of Arnold Raymond Wortman of Centreville occurred on Friday, December 13, 2024, at his home with his family by his side. Arnold was born April 28, 1948, in Bath and was the son of the late Wilmot and Florence (Giberson) Wortman. Arnold was also predeceased by 2 sons, Christopher and Jeff, 7 siblings, Clarence, Marvin, Bradford, Evelyn, Lois, Leona and Valda.
Arnold is survived by his loving wife of 53 years, Letha; 2 sons, Tony Wortman (Carla) and Derek Wortman; 3 grandchildren, Kerri Wortman, Nicholas Smith (Ashlee) and Darby Smith; 1 great granddaughter, Ryleigh; 1 sister, Opal Stacey; half brother, Jack Murchison (Joan); half sister, Beverly Garnett as well as several nieces, nephews and extended family.
Respecting Arnold’s wishes there will be no formal services. For those who wish, memorial donations made to DunRoamin or the Canadian Red Cross would be appreciated. L.R. Giberson Funeral Directors are entrusted with the arrangements.
