Eulah J Ellis
1920-2011
Eulah Janette Ellis of Riverbank passed away on Sunday, July 17, 2011 at the Central Carleton Nursing Home in Hartland. She was born November 13, 1920 and was the daughter of the late Gordon and Eldora Drost. She was predeceased by her husband Kenneth Ellis; children, Lona Pelkey, Marie Keary, Jewelle Ellis; son-in-law, George Keary; grandchildren, Cynthia Pelkey, David Keary, Patrick McIntosh; brother Gerald Drost.
Eulah is survived by her children, Deanna (Robert) Nightingale of New Limerick, Maine, Yvonne (James) McIntosh of Miramichi, Wanda (Don) Bard of Upper Brighton, Beth (Mark Tracey) Ellis of Upper Brighton, Carmon Ellis of Upper Brighton; 23 grandchildren, Valerie (Cecil) Rideout, Becky Pelkey, Peter Pelkey, Janice Pelkey, Darren Pelkey, Bonnie (Keith) Foster, Scott (Carol) Nightingale, Kenny Keary, Krista Wright, Calvin (Shelley) Keary, Eulah Keary, Tina (Jamie) Pursey, Andrew (Stacey) McIntosh, Devon (Stephanie Mally Chaison) McIntosh, Neison (Melissa) Bard, Jason Bard, Chad Bard, Christina (Ken) Bowie, Craig (Emily Hatheway) Watters, Alyson (Jeremy Dunn) Watters, Joshua (Ester) Ellis, Katie Ellis, Reena Ellis; 21 great grandchildren; 3 great great grandchildren; brother, Hazen (Doris) Drost of Riverbank; sister-in-law Dorothy Drost; special friend, Laurie Springer; nieces and nephews.
The Family will receive friends at the Britton Funeral Home, 2 High Street, Hartland on Tuesday the 19th from 5 to 8 p.m. The funeral service will be held on Wednesday at 11:00 a.m. from the Lorne Britton Memorial Chapel in Hartland with Rev. Charles Thompson officiating. Interment will be in the Hunter Cemetery in Stickney. If so desired donations can be made to the Hunter Cemetery or the Kidney Foundation.
