Born on November 25, 1962 in Bath, NB, he was a son of the late Guy and Shirley (Davenport) Drost. Derwin is survived by his daughter, Paige Buckley of Ottawa, ON; grandson, Jackson Buckley Burnett; siblings, Raymond (Norma) Drost of Florenceville, NB, Bob (Krista) Drost of Gordonsville, NB, Theodore Drost of Florenceville, NB, Connie Drost of Victoria, BC, Benny Drost (Joanne Doherty) of Oakland, NB and Marilyn Drost of Woodstock, NB; several nieces and nephews.
