  Obtuary: The passing of Joseph McCready Olmstead of Fredericton NB husband of Janet Olmstead occurred on Tuesday, November 14, 2017 at Hospice Fredericton. Joseph was born on June 13, 1941 in Wicklow NB, son of the late Mac and Ada (Kearney) Olmstead. Joseph is survived by his sisters, Barbara Crandlemire, Ruth Carlisle, Maxine Saunders, sister in law, Alta Olmstead, brothers in law, Gordon Saunders, several nieces, and nephews. Besides his parents he was predeceased by his sisters, Mary Alma Olmstead, Bertha Saunders, brother, David Olmstead, brothers in law, Glen Crandlemire, Ted Carlisle and John Saunders. By request there will be no visitation. A public graveside service and interment will be held at the Wicklow Cemetery on Tuesday, November 21, 2017 at 11AM.
