  Obituary: Ernest “Ernie” Lewellyn Miller, passed away at the age of 92 on January 23, 2019 at the Maine Veterans Home in Caribou. Ernie was born on May 28, 1926, the son of Hugh and Cora (Thompkins) Miller. Ernie was predeceased by his first wife, Iris Pearl (Demerchant) Miller. They had four children who he is survived by; Ray Miller and his wife Gwen, Joyce Miller and her husband Brent, Donna (Miller) Martin and her husband Danny and Mike Miller, 9 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild. Those who knew Ernie knew him as a hard worker with many talents. Farming, woods, cattle, equipment operator and more. Things he loved in life was family, friends, his dog, Tiny, fishing and taking care of his lawn and garden. Ernie is also survived by his second wife of 44 years, Cheryl (Pendexter) Miller. There will be a graveside service in the spring at Maine Veterans Cemetery, Caribou.
