  Obituary: Carole M. Stewart 1935-2024 The death of Carole Merise Stewart formerly of East Centreville occurred on Wednesday, April 3, 2024 at the Carleton Manor, Woodstock. Carole was born December 25, 1935 in Woodstock, NB and was the daughter of the late Wendell and Trixie (Wasson) McClary. She was also predeceased by her husband, Bill; 1 brother, Ronald McClary; sister in law, Nita McAuley (Vaughn); 2 brothers in law, Harry Stewart, Wayne Stewart . Carole is survived by her 7 children, Valarie Barker (Stan), Deanna Watson (George), Deborah Nicholson (Kevin), Neil Stewart (Marena), Michael Stewart (Judy), Lisa Doucette (James) and Guy Stewart (Wendy); 18 grandchildren; 28 great grandchildren; half brother, David McClary (Alecta); half sister, Roseanne Mason-Nicholson (Ricky); 3 sisters in law, Carolyn Green (Robert), Patty Stewart and Jean Stewart as well as several nieces, nephews, and extended family. Visitation will be held from L.R. Giberson Funeral Directors, 207 Burnham Rd. Florenceville-Bristol on Sunday, April 7, 2024 from 4-8 pm. A funeral service will be held on Monday, April 8, 2024 at 11:00 am from the Centreville Baptist Church. Pastors Rich Woollin and Steve Urquart officiating. The interment will be in the Centreville Baptist Cemetery.
