  Obituary: Dale Eugene Buckingham of Oshawa, Ontario passed away on December 26, 2017 at the Campbellford Memorial Hospital in Campbellford, Ontario. He was born August 21, 1952 in Bath, New Brunswick. He was predeceased by his father, Eugene Buckingham; step-mother, Verna Buckingham and step father, Perley Hathaway. Dale is survived by his mother, Marie Hathaway of Somerville, NB; sister, Joyce Buckingham of Somerville, NB; brother Gerald (Marguerite) Buckingham of Penniac, NB; niece, Kerri-Leigh Buckingham; nephews, Andrew (Kristy Ann) Buckingham, John (Mandy) Buckingham, Benjamin Buckingham; great nieces and nephews; step brothers and sisters, Jeannie (Donnie) Schriver, Bob (Joanne) DeMerchant, Cathy Marshall, Gary (Mary) DeMerchant, Tony (Mickey) DeMerchant; and several cousins. Vitiation will be held on Saturday, December 30th, 2017 from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. The funeral service will be on Sunday, December 31st at 1:00 p.m. from the Lorne Britton Memorial Chapel in Hartland, with Pastor Alden Crain officiating. Interment will be in the Greenwood Cemetery in Hartland at a later date.
