  Obituary: The death of Charles “Charlie” Alexander Foster of Lansdowne, NB occurred on Thursday, December 28, 2023 at his home. Born October 31, 1938 in Esdraelon, NB he was the son of the late Jesse and Helen (Adams) Foster. He was also predeceased by his 5 siblings, Hebert, Leona, Fred, Lawrence and Marie. Charlie is survived by his loving wife of 59 years, Linda; 3 children, Rosanna Caldwell (Henri), Leotta McKellar and John Foster (Cindy); 4 grandchildren, Melanie McKellar, Robert McKellar, Caleb Foster (Nicole) and Zachary Foster (Bernice); 4 great grandchildren, Arianna, Meadow, Ryker and Oliver; 7 siblings, Vernon, Calvin, Edison, Mabel, Linda, Lois and Elizabeth as well as many nieces, nephews and extended family. Visitation will be held from Apostolic Lighthouse Tabernacle, 175 Oakland Rd. on Monday, January 1, 2024 from 2-4 pm. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, January 2, 2024 at 2pm from the church. Rev. Howard Antworth will officiate. The interment will follow in the adjoining cemetery. Donations made to the Apostolic Lighthouse Tabernacle would be appreciated. L.R.
