    • Obituary:

      Wendell Luther Rideout, 74, of Hartland NB passed away on Monday, January 21, 2019 Wendell was born in Somerville NB on February 24, 1944 son of the late Wendell and Laura Rideout.

      Wendell is survived by a sister, Shirley Barker, brothers, Robert Rideout (Mildred), Wayne Rideout (Deborah), John Rideout (Helen), Ronald Rideout, Martin Rideout (Dorothy), Ross Rideout, several nieces, nephews and cousins.

      Besides his parents, Wendell was predeceased by his wife, Glenda and an infant sister, Deborah.

      Visitation will be held at The Carlton Funeral Home & Crematorium 337 Lockhart Mill Road Jacksonville NB on Friday, January 25, 2019 from 1 PM to 2 PM, Funeral service will be held on Friday at 2 PM from The Carleton Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will be held in the Greenwood Cemetery at a later.

      As expressions of sympathy, donations may be made to the Carleton County Animal Shelter or to the River Valley Cancer Support Group.
