Notes - Obituary:
On Saturday December 3, 2005 at her residence at Woodstock NB, Mrs. Mildred Grace (Dewitt) Crouse. A daughter of the late Stanley and Gertrude (Crayne) Dewitt. She is survived by daughters, Catherine Crouse, Saint John, NB, Verna Slipp (Leonard), Woodstock, NB, Nancy Archibald (Calvin), Dartmouth, NS, a son, Frederick (Stella), Woodstock NB, seven grandchildren, three great-grandchildren, a sister Joyce Atherton of Woodstock NB, a brother, Edward DeWitt, Danvers Mass. A sister-in-law Ruby Stiles of Hartland NB and several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her husband Basil Crouse, brothers, Luke and Thomas and a sister, Madeline Folkins. Resting at the Carleton Funeral Home, 337 Lockhart Mill Rd. Jacksonville NB, where friends may call on Monday from 2-4 and 7-9 PM. Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on Tuesday at 11:00 AM from St. Gertrudes Catholic Church with Rev. Bill Brennan officiating. Interment will take place in the Newburg Catholic Cemetery. Expressions of sympathy may be made to a memorial of the donor's choice.
