  Obituary: Of Woodstock, formerly of Jacksonville passed away at Carleton Memorial Hospital in Woodstock on Saturday, September 27, 2003, at the age of 97. Rowena is survived by two sons, Ronald Purinton and his wife Phyllis of Florenceville, NB. and Vear Purinton and his wife Una of Woodstock, NB; She is also survived by one brother, Basil Crouse of Woodstock, NB; one sister, Ruby Stiles of Hartland; NB; several grandchildren; great grandchildren; nieces and nephews. She was pre-deceased by her parents, William and Martha (Rideout) Crouse and her husband W. Benn Purinton. Resting at The Scott Funeral Home, 815 Main Street, Woodstock, NB.,with visitation on Sunday from 2-4pm and 7-9pm. Funeral Service will be held on Monday at 2:00 pm from Scott Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. Paul Wellwood will be officiating, with interment in the Baptist Cemetery, McKenkie Corner, NB. www.scottfh.com
