    • Obituary:

      It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Elizabeth Kilfoil, of Johnville, NB. Born on May 17, 1945, she was the daughter of the late Francis and Bridgette (McKimm) McCartney and wife of Frederick "Bert" Kilfoil.

      Mary, Mom, Nana loved life! Spending time with family, grandchildren and her many friends was very important to her. She enjoyed fiddling, photography, fishing, traveling, knitting and lending a helping hand to anyone in need. She was many things to many people. She will be missed by all.

      Mary is survived by her husband, Bert; four children, Maureen Kilfoil (Scott O'Brien), Andrea Ingraham (Andrew), Marc Kilfoil (Deanna), and Nicole Kilfoil-Oulton (Wayne);
      five grandchildren, Erin, Tara, Ty, Josee, and Chet; Brothers, Bernard McCartney (Cathy) and Dean McCartney (Trudi); three nieces, four nephews, as well as great nieces and nephews.

      She was predeceased by her parents, and one brother, Melvin.

      Visitation will be held at L.R. Giberson Funeral Directors, 207 Burnham Rd. Florenceville-Bristol, on Sunday, July 1, 2012 from 2-4 & 7-9 pm. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday, July 2, 2012 at 11:00 am from St.John the Evangelist Catholic Church in Johnville with Father David Fulton as celebrant.
