  Obituary: The death of Philip James Dugan formerly of Moose Mountain occurred on Sunday, December 1, 2019 at the River View Manor, Bath. Born May 1, 1935 in Bath, he was the son of the late Richard and Elizabeth (Higgins) Dugan. He was also predeceased by his wife, Francena; 4 children, Thomas, Catherine, Pat and Tim; 7 siblings, Anna, Geraldine, Jean Marie, Charles, Leroy, Gerard and Willie. Philip is survived by his 5 children, Jimmy Dugan (Sharon), Elizabeth DeMerchant, Dorothy Grant (Paul), Henry Dugan and John Dugan; 18 grandchildren; 21 great grandchildren as well as many nieces, nephews and extended family. Philip was the last surviving member of his immediate family. Visitation will be held from L.R. Giberson Funeral Directors, 207 Burnham Rd. Florenceville-Bristol on Wednesday, December 4, 2019 from 5-8 pm. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday, December 5, 2019 at 11:00 am from St. John the Evangelist Church, Johnville. Fr. Anthony Ekpe as celebrant. The interment will be in the Johnville Cemetery at a later date.
