Notes - Obituary:
The death of Allison Dale White of Gordonsville occurred on Thursday, August 17, 2023 in Moncton, NB. Allison was born September 30, 1952 and was the son of the late Allen White and Leona (Marr) White. He was also predeceased by his wife, Faye (Lanto) White and his stepmother, Thelma White.
For the last 30+ years Allison devoted his life to trucking. Before that he worked in the woods for his father. When he was home, he enjoyed spending his time in the garage working on old tractors, spending time with his children and grandchildren.
Allison is survived by his 4 children, April Close (Tim), David White (Lynn), Andrew White and Amy White; 11 grandchildren, Dylan, Alex and Jessica White, Jessica and Taylor Prosser, Emma and Elizabeth Godreau, Jadyn and Ty Close, Logan and Kio White; 2 great grandchildren Jackson and Emery Purinton; 8 siblings, Mable, Wanda, Pat, Joan, Debbie, Jackie, Rhonda and Tommy as well as several nieces, nephews and extended family.
Visitation will be held from L.R. Giberson Funeral Directors, 207 Burnham Rd. Florenceville-Bristol on Tuesday, August 22, 2023 from 5-8 pm. A private graveside service will be held in the Gordonsville Community Cemetery. For those who wish donations made to the New Brunswick Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated.
