- Obituary:
Garfield Winston Brown of Somerville, NB, passed away at his home on Tuesday, December 3, 2002. He was born April 19, 1924 and was the son of the late Hugh and Etta (Parish) Brown. He is survived by his wife Elva (Shaw), children Allison (Barbara) Brown of Alberta, Betty (Karyl) MacKenzie of Cloverdale, Marilyn (Donald) Bubar of Somerville, Dennis (Elizabeth) Brown of Rosedale, Lisa (Keith) Hickey of Somerville, 12 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren, brothers Lorne (Joellyn) of Coldstream, William of Landsdowne, Winston (Daisy) of Victoria, BC, nieces and nephews. Resting at the Britton Funeral Home, High Street, Hartland with visiting hours on Thursday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral service will be held on Friday at 11 a.m. from the Britton Funeral Home Chapel.
