    • Obituary:

      The death of Chester Clement Wasson of Fredericton, NB, occurred at the York Manor, Fredericton on Saturday, April 9th, 2011. Born in Windsor, NB, he was the son of the late George and Marie (Clark) Wasson. Chester spent the early part of his life in the Perth Andover area and the latter in the Fredericton area. He was a member of the Life Tabernacle Church, Fredericton, NB and they provided great comfort to him throughout his life. Chester will be remembered for his love of music, good food and especially his love of people and family. He is survived by one sister, Bernice Ball (Bruce) of Michigan; two brothers, George Wasson Jr. (Glenna) of Hartland and Neil Wasson (Susanne) of Fredericton; special nieces Lisa, Angela, special nephew, David and many other nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles. Besides his parents, he was predeceased by two brothers, Leonard, Philip and two sisters, Hazel Orser, Mary Hay and sister in law Jolene Wasson and brother in law Ken Orser.
      Visitation will take place at Life Tabernacle Church on Wednesday, April 13th at 1 pm, immediately followed by the funeral service at 2 pm with Pastor Terry Messer officiating. For those who wish, remembrances to the Windsor Cemetery Fund, Life Tabernacle Church or the Parkinson's Foundation would be appreciated by the family. Burial at the Windsor Cemetery beside his parents at a later date. Personal condolences may be offered via www.yorkfh.com.
