  Obituary: The death of Carol Ann Chase, of Bristol, occurred on September 1, 2009 at the Upper River Valley Hospital in Waterville. Born on March 31, 1953, she was the daughter of the late Paul & Claudia (Giggie) Chase. Carol is survived by her two daughters, Lindsay Brown (Matt) and Ashley Brown; their father, Ken Brown; Granddaughter Emma; Grandson Jaxon; three sisters, Paulette Crabbe (Raymond), Rhonda Poynton (Alan) and Patti Chase; five brothers, David (Connie), Jamie (Teresa), John (Barb), Robert (Robyn) and Michael (Karen); her childhood friends, Pam Manuel, Norma Kinney, Shelia Palmer and faithful friend, Joe; several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. She was predeceased by her parents, brother, Donald and niece, Catina. Visitation for Carol will be held from L.R. Giberson Funeral Directors, 207 Burnham Rd. Florenceville, on Thursday, September 3, 2009 from 2-4 & 7-9 PM. Funeral Service will be on Friday, September 4, 2009 at 2:00 PM from the L.R. Giberson Funeral Chapel with Rev. Oral McAffee officiating. Interment will be in the Bristol Community Cemetery.
