Notes - Obituary:
The death of Dorothy Luetta Broad of Hampton formerly of Bath occurred on Monday, June 18, 2018 at the Saint John Regional Hospital. Born June 11, 1928 in Juniper she was the daughter of the late James and Mae (Rideout) Lewis. She was also predeceased by her beloved husband, Howard; 5 siblings, Billy, Kathleen, Kenny, Inez and Meriam.
Dorothy is survived by her 4 children James Broad (Theresa), Cheryl Allward (Karl), Kendall Broad (Cathy Bradstreet) and Lesa Broad (Paul Bishop); 8 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren; 2 siblings, Fern Rideout and Eldon Lewis as well as several nieces, nephews and extended family.
Visitation will be held from Holmesville Free Will Baptist Church on Saturday, June 23, 2018 from 11:00-1:00 pm. A funeral service will be held at 1:00 pm from the church. Rev. Toben Steeves will officiate. The interment will be in the Wharton Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations made to the Wharton Cemetery would be appreciated.
