  Notes (Norman DeMerchant) There is no marker for Levina but she would have been buried close to her husband John. If you examine the headstone of John it has certainly had the top of it broken off. Where Levina died after her husband - post 1871 Canadian census - her name may have been on the upper portion. In Vaughan DeMerchant's book he suggests that this stone was moved to its current location during the construction of the Beechwood dam. The original location of the cemetery where this stone was is not known to me. (Update - Located 2 Km +/- upriver from this cemetery) Levina Louise JinsonJenson/Genson was born to Robert H and Mary Jinson. She married John DeMerchant Jr., March 1, 1815 at the British Military Garrison, York County, British Colony of New Brunswick (Modern day Connell, NB). She died after 1871.
