Helen Mae Brooker 1934 - 2008 At the Upper River Valley Hospital on November 7, 2008, Helen Mae Brooker of Bath passed away at the age of 74. Helen was the daughter of the late Arlington & Mary (Smith) Ruff. Helen is survived by her loving husband, Claude DeMerchant; children, Peter (Pauline) Ruff, Ken Brooker (Marilyn Denny), Keith (Marita) Brooker, Claudine Gorey, Margaret Holmes (Kenny), Troy DeMerchant (Dawn) and Mark DeMerchant; 14 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren; brother, Winston (Margaret) Ruff. Rested at Kilcollins Funeral Home Bath on Sunday, November 9, 2008, from 2 to 4 & 7 to 9 pm. A funeral service was held on Monday at 2:00 pm from Kilcollins Chapel bath, Pastor Dwayne Broad officiated. Interment will be in the Mineral Cemetery. Donations may be made to the Mineral Cemetery Fund or to a memorial of the donor's choice. Pallbearers were Allan Tibbets, Ernest Lloyd, John Ebbett, Raymond Wilson, Mike Crain and David Crain.
