  Philip Roy Cullins of Ashland passed away on Wednesday, November 20, 2019 at the Upper River Valley Hospital in Waterville, He was born March 30, 1954 and was the son of the late Ernest and Mary Cullins. Besides his parents, he was predeceased by sisters, Rosalie Cullins, Barb Rolfe, Margo Cullins and brother, Robert Cullins. Philip is survived by his wife, Gloria Cullins of Ashland, NB; children, Angela Cullins of Vancouver, BC, Nicholas Cullins of Ashland, NB, Amanda (Chris Buda) Cullins-Buda of Stoney Plain, AB; grandchildren, Isabella Cullins, Kaysen Cullins-Buda, Aubree Cullins-Buda; siblings, Glendon (Elizabeth) Cullins, Benjamin (Lorri) Cullins, Celene (Noel) O’Donnell all of Oakland, NB, Eileen Shaw of Fredericton, NB, Arlene Lockhart and Richard Cullins both of Ontario; sisters-in-law, Carol (Richard) Furrow and Deborah (David) Inman both of Woodstock, NB; nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held at 1:00 p.m. at the Coldstream Baptist Church on Monday, November 25, 2019 with Pastor Michael Horsman officiating.
