  Obituary: Bessie M. Rideout of Hartland passed away on Sunday, October 23, 2016 at the Upper River Valley Hospital in Waterville. She was born April 23, 1926 and was the daughter of the late Robert and Nellie Kinney. She was predeceased by her husband Max, son, Danny and 15 brothers and sisters. Bessie is survived by her children, Barbara (Anthony) Cullins of Howard Brook, Lloyd Rideout of Mainstream, Jessie (Michael) Smalley of Florenceville, Cecil (Valerie) Rideout of Hartland, Doris (Bernard) Stewart of Ashland; grandchildren, Scott (Kristine) Cullins, Timothy (Amy) Cullins, Jason Rideout, Cora-Lee Sabattis, Michael Rideout, Daniel Billings, Jeffrey Smalley, Karen (Zak) Hargrove, Amanda (Brad) Dickinson, Melissa (Todd) Manuel, Justin (Kerry Culberson) Stewart, Joshua Burke; 22 great grandchildren and one great great grandson; several nieces and nephews. Visiting hours will be held on Tuesday, October 25, 2016 from 11 a.m. to 12:45 p.m. followed by the funeral service at 1:00 p.m. with Pastor Michael Horsman officiating.
