On Sunday, May 17, 2009 at the Upper River Valley Hospital, Waterville, NB, Weldon Percy Briggs of Bubartown, NB.
Survived by wife, Elsie; daughter, Debbie Stephenson, Richmond Corner, NB; Grandchildren, Shawn (Kelly) Rockland NB; Dana (Stacey), Beardsley Road, Woodstock; Chris (Angela) Richmond Corner, NB; Jill, Richmond Corner, NB.; Jenifer Peabody (Clay) Woodstock, NB; Great Grandchildren, Erica, Blake, Paige, Cole, Barrett, Braden, Parker; brothers Ralph and Henry; several nieces and nephews.
Predeceased by parents; son, John; brothers: Elias, George, and Frank; sisters: Violet, Beulah, Jennie, and Mildred.
Resting at the Carleton Funeral Home, 337 Lockhart Mill Road, Jacksonville, NB, where friends may call on Tuesday, May 19, 2009 from 3:30-5:30 pm and 7-9 pm.
Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, May 20, 2009 at 1:00 pm, from the Funeral Home Chapel with Captain Mae Wales officiating. Interment will be in the Coldstream Cemetery.
Expressions of sympathy may be made to the Heart & Stroke Fund or to the Salvation Army.
