Notes - Obituary:
Carvell Peter MacKenzie, 96, of Mount Haven Special Care Home Glassville NB passed away on Monday, January 9, 2017 at the Upper River Valley Hospital Waterville NB. Carvell was born in East Knowlesville NB on October 7, 1920 son of the late Malcolm and Lillian (Jones) MacKenzie.
Carvell is survived by his step sons; Armond Henderson, Alden Henderson, step daughters, Anne Giggie (Darrell), Charlotte McIsaac (Stewart), several grandchildren and great grandchildren, brothers, Jack, Malcolm, Wilfred, nieces, nephews and cousins.
Besides his parents Carvell was predeceased by his first wife, Jennie, second wife, Patricia, daughter, Leota, sisters, Alice, Shirley, Hazel, brothers, Fred, Lawrence and Wendell.
The family would like to thank Christina and the staff of the Mount Haven Special Care Home for wonderful care that was given to Carvell.
By request there will be no visitation. A graveside service and interment will be held on Saturday, June 10, 2017 at 11:30 AM at the Argyle Cemetery followed by a time of fellowship.
As expressions of sympathy, donations may be made to the Argyle Cemetery Fund or to the Dun Romain Stray & Rescue.
