  Obituary: The death of Alberta Anne McLean of Charleston occurred on Wednesday, December 6, 2023 at the Central Carleton Nursing Home, Hartland. Alberta was born January 22, 1946 and was the daughter of the late Albert and Lena (Lyon) Boyer. Alberta is survived by her husband George; two daughters, Stacy Champion (Steve) and Deidra McLean (Stephen Macklin); four grandchildren, Chloe, Carter, Rylee and Ella; two sisters, Peggy Mean and Carol Polchies as well as several nieces, nephews and extended family. A celebration of life will be held at a later date and will be announced in time. The interment will be in the Charleston Cemetery. In lieu of donations, the family requests good deeds or acts of kindness that may improve the lives of others.
