  Obituary: The death of Glazier Franklin Canam of Florenceville occurred on Saturday, June 4, 2016 at the Upper River Valley Hospital, Waterville. Born May 19, 1920 in Bath he was the son of the late Lee and Josephine (DeMerchant) Canam. He was also predeceased by his wife, Ellen; 1 son, Robert; 1 granddaughter, Lisa; 1 sister, Anne; 2 brothers, Bobby and Chester. Glazier is survived by his daughter, Jeannie Tweedie (Don); 5 grandchildren, Stephanie, Danielle, Lee, Brett and Kyle.; 3 great grandchildren, Melissa, Cassie and Jessie; 2 great great grandchildren, Olivia and Ryker; 3 brothers, Ken Canam, Lee "Buddy" Canam (Shirley Gee) and Fred Canam; 3 sisters, Sadie Langley, Lottie Ireland and Mary Anthony (Ray) as well as several nieces, nephews and extended family. A graveside service will be held Wednesday, June 8, 2016 at 3:00 pm in the Florenceville Community Cemetery. Rev Susan Estabrooks will officiate.
