    • Obituary:

      WESTFIELD - Mary Lockhart, 92, passed away quietly Wednesday, July 11, 2012, at Mercy Home, Eagle Lake. She was born Aug. 15, 1919, in Westfield, daughter of Wesley and Gladys (Lockhart) Taylor.

      Mary Graduated from Presque Isle High School. She worked in Washington, D.C., then worked at Presque Isle Air Force Base until it closed. Mary then transferred to Loring Air Force Base, Limestone. She retired from there in 1975, and lived most of her life in Westfield.

      She is survived by sister, Reta Kinney of Westfield; half brother, Terrence Taylor of Madison; will be lovingly missed by many nieces and nephews; and friend, Anita Brooker. In addition to her parents, Mary was predeceased by brothers, Elmer Lockhart and Leo Lockhart.

      A graves side service will be conducted at Marshall Cemetery with Pastor Larry Palmer officiating. (Bangor Daily News 7/12/2012)
