  Obituary - Probably from Casselton, North Dakota newspaper MRS. W. S. PORT The remains of the late Mrs. W.S. Port, arrived here on Thursday afternoon last, accom-panied by her daughter Miss Caroline Port. Funeral services were held from the family home Friday afternoon at 2 o'clock, being conducted by Mrs. Marvin, of the Scientist church, of Fargo. A quartette consisting of Mr. Robison, Dr. Lier Miss Bullard and Miss Peoples sweetly sang two selections. Deceased was so well known and respected that the house was filled to overflowing with sympathetic friends. Mrs. Port's death at Salem, Ore. occurred on Sunday morning Jan 2nd, was noted at length in our issue of last week. For the information of many interested it is only necessary to state that she, on that day, attended the session of the Scientist church, accompanied by Mrs. F. W. Bailey and while in her selected place of worship she passed from the earthly to the heavenly service, the transition being sudden and as peaceful as falling asleep.
