Notes - OBITUARY:
Lillian R. Giberson
The death of Lillian Rhoda Giberson of Bristol occurred on Wednesday, March 26, 2014 at Hotel Dieu Hospital, Perth Andover. Born April 5, 1930 in Fredericton she was the daughter of the late Victor and Myrtle (Vivian) Chase. She was also predeceased by her husband, Henry and 1 brother, Ronald Chase, 1 sister in law, Violet Roy, 2 brothers in law Thomas and Ralph Giberson.
Lil always enjoyed having a crowd around, playing a game of Skip Bo, watching the grocery flyers for sales and feeding her cats. Although she and Henry had no children of their own they always looked forward to the nieces and nephews coming for a visit.
Lillian is survived by her brother, Edward Kinney (Shirley); 1 brother in law, Ransford Giberson (Marie); 2 sisters in law, Mary Wood (Dave) and Marguerite Bowan (Neill) as well as nieces, nephews and great nieces and great nephews and many extended family and friends that loved her very much.
Respecting Lillian's wishes there will be no visitation. A graveside service will be held Friday, May 23, 2014 at 4 pm in the Fielding Cemetery. For those who wish donations made to the Fielding Cemetery would be appreciated. www.gibersonfuneraldirectors.ca (506) 392-1115
