- Obituary:
The death of Gerald William McIntosh of Bristol occurred on Friday, November 13, 2015 at the Upper River Valley Hospital, Waterville. Born September 15, 1937 in Glassville he was the son of the late William and Mary (Pearson) McIntosh. He was also predeceased by 2 sisters, Mildred Fraser and Elsie McIntosh. Gerald is survived by his loving wife of 53 years, Sandra; 2 children, Margaret Crosby and Andrew McIntosh (Tracey); 4 grandchildren, Jordan and Lyle Crosby, Colby and Cassidy McIntosh; 1 sister, Mary Campbell (Paul) as well as many extended family and friends. Visitation will be held from Faith Memorial United Church on Sunday, November 15, 2015 from 5-8 pm. A funeral service will be held on Monday, November 16, 2015 at 11:00 am from the church. Rev. Susan Estabrooks officiating. Interment will be in the Bristol Community Cemetery.
