  Obituary: The death of Dorothy Irene Laing, of Glassville, occurred October 20, 2010 at her home. Born March 22, 1932, she was the daughter of the late Jack and Annie (Brown) Allan. Dorothy is survived by her husband Roderic “Rod”; 4 sons, Allan (Sharon), Dale (Pam), John (Joyce) and Francis (Krista); 10 grandchildren, Tina, Heather, Greg, Jason, Anthony, Angel, Bianca, Kelsey, Jared and Jordan; 11 great grandchildren, Hazel, Jacob, Diana, Catherine, Brittnay, Brooke, Hayden, Jacob, Jessie, Jaycey and Marrissa; 2 sisters, Winnifred Williams and Margaret White. Dorothy was predeceased by her parents, 1 son Keith, as well as 2 brothers, Winston and Hazen. Visitation will be held from L. R. Giberson Funeral Directors, 207 Burnham Rd., Florenceville on Friday, October 22, 2010 from 2-4 and 7-9 pm.Funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 23, 2010 at 2:00 pm from the L.R.
