  Death Notice: d. At his residence Kent (Carleton Co.) 18th ult., John M. PEARSON s/o late Joseph PEARSON, formerly of Kings Co., age 41; left two sons. On account of ill health, the deceased went South five years ago where his ability was soon recognized by Georgia Land and Lumber Co. who gave him a position of trust. The climate not agreeing with his wife, he was compelled to return home about a year previous to his death.
