Notes - Obituary:
DICKINSON, PETER O. The passing of Peter O. Dickinson occurred on August 18, 2008, peacefully at home with his chosen family. Peter was predeceased by his beloved companion, Carolyn Ebbett. He is survived by three sons, Mark, Peter and Dana; one daughter, Debbie and their children, Carolyn's daughter, Mardie and her two children, Elizabeth and Margaret. He is also survived by his brothers, Austin, Bob and Duane; two sisters, Myrna and Pat and all their families; Carolyn's sisters, Shirley and Heather (David) and their children, Taylor and Morgan; his chosen family, Kelly and Elizabeth Anne, many neighbors, friends and wonderful caregivers. There will be no visitation at Peter's request. A Graveside Service will take place at St. John the Evangelist Anglican Church Cemetery on Thursday, August 21, 2008 at 2 pm. Memorials can be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or the charity of the donor's choice. Personal condolences may be offered through www.yorkfh.com
