  Obituary: Douglas Edward Rideout 1931-2025 Douglas Edward Rideout of Carlow passed away on Sunday, May 18, 2025, at the Riverview Manor in Bath. He was born November 26, 1931, and was the son of the late William and Vera Rideout. Besides his parents, he was predeceased by his siblings, Archie Rideout, Clara Lamon (Lewis), Betty Violette, Bill Rideout and Al Rideout Douglas is survived by his children; Cary Rideout (Lorain Ebbett-Rideout) of Carlow, Jeffrey Rideout (Mary Beth) of Fredericton, Clay Rideout of Fredericton, Angela Mason (Warren) of Moncton; grandchildren, Carson Rideout, Jagar Rideout; sisters-in-law, Ruth Rideout, Diana Rideout; brothers-in-law, Gil Violette; nieces and nephews. In keeping with Douglas’ wishes, there will be no visitation or funeral service. He will be interred in the Johnville Catholic Cemetery.
