  Obituary: In her 74th years and with her family by her side, Linda Lou Ruff (Johnson) of Oxbow, NB, passed away peacefully on November 19, 2023 at the Grand Falls General Hospital. Linda was born in Woodstock, NB, on January 28, 1949. She was the daughter of the late Raymond and Dora (McHatten) Johnson. Linda is survived by her husband, Monty Ruff; her daughter, Sherry Shaw (Anthony) of Oxbow, NB; her sons, Monty Ruff Jr. (Anne) of Oxbow, NB, Robbie Ruff (Paula) of Perth-Andover, NB; as well as several grandchildren, great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Also survived by her sisters, Doreen Buck of Wasaga Beach, ON, and Bonnie Stewart (Darren) of Woodstock, NB; her brother, Owen Simonds of Woodstock, NB. She was predeceased by her parents; an infant baby boy; her sister, Marjorie Slipp; her brothers, Sterling Simonds, Reginald Simonds, and Raymond Johnson Jr.; and her brother-in-law, Edward Buck. Respecting Linda's wishes, there will be no visitation or funeral held. A graveside service will be held when she is joined by our Dad, the love of her life.
