  Daughter of Isaac Vincent and Hannah Wood Vincent. She married James Broad of England 12 July 1824. He had come to New Brunswick in June 1821. Some of their children were born in Queens County before they settled in Carleton County. In Kent Parish, Carleton, NB in 1851 as: Broad James M Head 60 English June 1821 Broad Sarah F Wife 49 Native Broad Isaac M Son 26 Broad Jane F Daughter 23 Broad Elizabeth F Daughter 21 Broad Hannah B. F Daughter 19 Broad William M Son 17 Broad Sarah F Daughter 10 Broad James M Son 5 In 1861, in Kent Parish, there were James (70) and Sarah (59) Broad with James (15) and Charles (10).
