  Bangor Daily News, August 1973. BANGOR - Norris B. Lovely, 78, of 196 Birch St, Bangor died August 2, 1973 at a local hospital following a brief Illness. He was born March 3, 1895 at Glassville, N.B., the son of James and Etta (Bell) Lovely. He was the widower of Winnifred McMann Lovely who died last year. Surviving are four sons, Orlin (Bill) of Bangor, Donald of LeRoy, N.Y., Philip and Edward of Dayville, Conn.; four daughters, Mrs. Colby (Avis) Martin, Dansville, N.Y.; Mrs. Carl (Irene) Brown of Corinth, Mrs. Walter (Georgina) Coble, Mocksville, N.C., Mrs. Guy(Alma) Spinney, Kenduskeag; a sister, Mrs. Everett (Jennie) Bishop of Presque Isle; 24 grandchildren and one great-grandchild. Funeral services will be Saturday at 2 p.m. in The Thompson Funeral Home, East Corinth with Mr. Davis Tompkins officiating. Burial will be in the Corinthian Cemetery, East Corinth. Friends may call at the funeral home Friday between 2 and 4 and 7 and 9.p.m.
