    KILCOLLINS; Thomas Jeffrey (Jeff)
    July 17,1965 - December 4,2022

    It is with heavy hearts, the family of Jeffrey Kilcollins announce his passing, with his family at his side, at the Ruddy Shenkman Hospice Care Kanata at the age of 57.
    Jeff was loved and cherished, and will be missed by many. They will all treasure the many memories they created together.

    He is predeceased by his father Gary Kilcollins.

    Jeff was born in St. John, New Brunswick and moved to Ottawa to go to university. After graduation he became a member of the Ottawa Police services for 31 years with 20 of those years he spent with the tactile team.
    Jeff was an avid outdoorsman who loved to fish, hunt and golf. He was also an active member of the Stittsville shooting range and IPSC as well as an active Referee with the CPMHA and D4.

    Interment to follow at St. James Cemetery.
