  Obituary: The death of Claude Ervin DeMerchant of Bath occurred on Wednesday, April 26, 2017 at River View Manor, Bath. Born December 10, 1930 in Piercemont, NB he was the son of the late Wendell and Leona (Armour) Lloyd. He was also predeceased by 3 brothers, Paul, Darrell and Dean Armour. Claude is survived by his 7 children, Ken Brooker (Marilyn), Keith Brooker (Merita), Troy DeMerchant (Dawn), Mark DeMerchant, Claudine Brooker, Margaret Ann Canam (Chris) and Paulett Ruff (Ralph); special friend, Ricky Denny; 9 grandchildren; 7 siblings, Richard Armour, Milford Armour, Doris Smith, Maxine Rideout, Pauline Davenport, Ernest Lloyd and Alden Armour as well as several nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held from L.R. Giberson Funeral Directors, 207 Burnham Rd. Florenceville-Bristol on Friday, April 28, 2017 from 4-8 pm. The interment will be in the Mineral Cemetery.
