    • Obituary:
      Emery A. Biggar of Woodstock, NB, son of the late Lewis Herman and Iva Mae (Inman) Biggar, died on Tuesday, January 26, 2016 at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Hospital.
      He is survived by seven sons, David Biggar (Marilyn), Lake George, NB, Stephen Biggar (Debbie), Keswick, Ontario, Neil Biggar, Gary Brad Biggar (Julia), New Maryland, NB, Terry Biggar, Woodstock, NB, Emery T. Biggar (Mark), Burnaby, BC and Dennis Biggar, Woodstock, NB; a daughter, Jeanette DeMerchant (Randy), Centreville, NB; fourteen grandchildren, Shawn Biggar, Sheri Rees, Johnathon DeMerchant, Justin DeMerchant, Josh DeMerchant, Melissa Biggar, Jennifer Biggar, Andy Biggar, Jason Biggar, Bradley Biggar, Crystal Biggar, John Wilson, Heather Wilson and Natasha Biggar; fifteen great grandchildren; a brother, Edward Biggar, Woodstock, NB and two sisters-in-law, Mae Biggar and Helen Biggar; several nieces and nephews.
      In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by an infant daughter, Doreen Biggar; two brothers, Clarence (Bud) Biggar and Graydon Biggar; two sisters, Lena Day and Reta Grant and two brothers-in-law, John Day and Nathan Grant.

      There will be no visitation or funeral service at Emery’s request. Burial will take place at a later date.

      For those who wish to make a donation in memory of Emery, the family has suggested the NB Heart and Stroke Foundation or the Magundy Sand Bank Cemetery.
